Florida Road UIP
The Florida Road Urban Improvement Precinct (UIP) is a collaborative effort between the eThekwini Municipality and local businesses to revitalize and enhance Florida Road in Durban, South Africa. It aims to create a vibrant, safe, and family-friendly environment by improving the area's public spaces, supporting businesses, and boosting the overall quality of life for residents and visitors.
Code Of Conduct

Wear appropriate clothing.

Disruptive or disorderly behavior is prohibited.

Possession of open alcoholic beverages except in designated areas is prohibited.

No solicitation.

No loitering.
-
No unauthorized photography or videography.

No overnight parking

Unnecessary blocking of walkways, roadways or storefronts is prohibited.

Operating unauthorized recreational and/or personal transportation devices is prohibited.

Violations of law.

Any activity that threatens the safety of our guests, retailers or employees.

Any activity that threatens the well-being of Florida Road.

Any activity that disrupts an enjoyable, family friendly environment.

Any activity inconsistent with the general purpose of the Precinct.

Any activity that would disrupt normal business activity.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or the lawful or reasonable requests by Florida Road UIP or security personnel may result in criminal prosecution, where applicable.
Always ensure that your vehicle is locked, remote jamming is a real threat.
